- How to pick your wheel
Many factors determine the choice of a wheel
WORKING CONDITION
The weight to carry, the intense utilization of full or average load, frequency utilization of the cart, type of utilization (manual traction or with motorized engines)
NATURE OF SURFACE
Plain, rough or very uneven.
PARTICULAR REQUIREMENT
Utilization in corrosive atmosphere or in an oxidizing environment, hygienic norm to be respected, temperature usage.
EXPLOITATION CRITERIA
Smooth rolling, non-marking tread, requires little physical force.
HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR UNIT LOAD IN ALL SECURITY
You have a cart equipped with 4 casters:
We suggest dividing by 3 the total load (do not forget that on irregular surface the weight can momentarily be spread on 3 points instead of 4). However, the load capacities indicated in our catalogue takes in consideration a maximum safety margin for a manual movement of 1.9 mile/hour (3km/hour).
HOW TO SELECT YOUR BEARING TYPE

PATTERN POSIBILITIES UNDER CARTS

Handling heavy loads and for very long carts 4 swivel castors, 2 fixed castors. Very stable. Easy to handle |
