Merchandise Return Policy

If on receipt material is found to be unsatisfactory or not as ordered a claim must be made in writing no later than ten (10) days from receipt of shipment.

The claimant must advise Ro-Ma Inc. of any apparent problems and the quantity that they wish to return.

No shipment will be accepted unless a written authorization has been issued by Ro Ma Inc.

There is a 20% re-stocking charge on all unsold items returned.

Products made to customer's specification cannot be returned.
